We have collected the most frequently asked questions about the private tutoring process, program selection and academic follow-up in one place.

Is there a fee for the first meeting?

No. The first level and needs meeting is free. In this meeting, the student's goal, program and course needs are evaluated.

Are the classes online or face to face?

Online or face-to-face lessons can be planned depending on the student's location and needs.

How is tutor matching done?

Matching is made by evaluating the branch, program, target score, level and student's learning habits together.

Is IB IA, EE and TOK support provided?

Yes. Planning, structuring, resource use and feedback support is provided within the limits of academic honesty.

Is parent information provided?

Yes. The student's progress, homework follow-up and important deficiencies are shared with regular feedback.

In which programs do you give private tutoring?

We provide support in IB, AP, SAT, A-Level, IGCSE, IELTS, TOEFL and academic project/academic text processes.

Are resources selected according to the student's level?

Yes. Source selection is made according to the student's current level, target score, school curriculum and exam date.

How is the frequency of lessons determined?

In the first meeting, target date, subject deficiencies and weekly availability are evaluated. While some students progress with one lesson per week, a more intense pace may be required in periods close to the exam.

Is there support for foreign university applications?

Yes. In Pi Global, target country and major analysis, university shortlist, application essay/personal application essay plan, document tracking and academic preparation can be managed together.

Is there a mock exam analysis?

Test results are analyzed regularly in preparation for SAT, AP, IELTS/TOEFL and similar exams; Mistakes are classified under the headings of subject, duration and strategy.

Is it possible to do a short-term intensive program?

Yes. An intensive revision and target-oriented camp format can be planned for students whose exam, written or due date is approaching.

Is the diagnostic assessment the same for every student?

No. For some students, a short diagnostic test, for others, analysis through a school exam, mock results or past work performance would be more accurate.

Can academic workshops replace private tutoring?

Workshops provide short and focused work on a specific topic. If long-term subject follow-up is required, a one-on-one private tutoring plan can be started after the workshop.
